Day 9: High Stakes Poker Bluff

Poker was centre stage for weeks this year. In particular Robbi Jade Lew who found herself in the middle of a cheating scandal. We looked at her words to see if we thought she cheated or if she played fair.

The lesson here is to look at how people qualify what they say. “There is no evidence I cheated” is a world away from saying “I did not cheat”. “I have no relationship with this man” is different from “I don’t know this man”.
