That is a very good analysis 👏🏻 What’s the point of a business having a policy they won’t enforce. Perhaps it’s because of this that The Laundrette has ridden the COVID wave. As you say, it’s definitely not a 1 star restaurant and when I was last there they could not do enough to look after us. Her review is unjust and potentially damaging but hopefully those reading it will learn to see through that (by reading this blog!)
